Do not take tadalafil more than once a day.

The manufacturer directs to swallow the entire drug.
However, many of the same drugs (pills are released quickly) can be separated/crushed.
Follow your doctor’s instructions on how to take this medicine.

The dose is based on your medical condition, response to treatment, and other medications you may be taking.
Be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist about all the products you use (including prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, and herbal products).

Follow your doctor’s instructions as your dosage depends on how you take it.

The effect of Tadalafil on sexual potency may last up to 36 hours.

The second way to treat ED is to take tadalafil regularly, once daily.
If you are taking it this way, you may try to have sex at any time between your doses.
